This position is assigned to MWR, Business Operations Division, and will be referred out to the Fort Sill Golf Course. Applicants who possess the following Highly Preferred Criteria will be rated amongst the highly preferred and will be referred out first: Working knowledge of basic golf operations and RecTrac (or similar golf related POS).
Must be able to communicate in English (both written and verbal) Knowledge of basic math. Experience in retail sales and cash register operations. HIGHLY PREFERRED; Working knowledge of basic golf operations and RecTrac (or similar golf related POS).
Provides customer service support in a Golf Course retail store (Pro-Shop) by demonstrating and selling specialized golf merchandise, maintaining merchandise by stocking shelves, display goods, and pricing all merchandise.
Keeps the area neat and orderly, performing minor cleaning as assigned and assisting management with inventory.
Make reservations for tee times and answers questions regarding golf programs and events.
Receives payment, records sales on cash register and makes change and issues receipts.
