Key Responsibilities:
Manage the configuration, maintenance, and ongoing support of the Varian ARIA Oncology Information System.
Collaborate closely with radiation oncologists, physicists, dosimetrists, therapists, and other clinical staff to understand workflow requirements and optimize ARIA functionality.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ARIA, including patient scheduling, treatment delivery documentation, charge capture, and reporting.
Provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to end-users on various ARIA modules and features.
Serve as the primary point of contact for the GE Muse Cardiology Imaging application, providing expert support and troubleshooting.
Lead and participate in all phases of the application lifecycle, including design, build, testing, training, go-live, and post-implementation support.
Collaborate with cardiologists, sonographers, IT professionals, and other stakeholders to optimize the application for clinical efficiency and data integrity.
Develop and deliver training programs for end-users, ensuring proficiency in the application's features and functionalities.
Manage system updates, patches, and upgrades, ensuring minimal disruption to clinical operations.
Monitor system performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions.
Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations, workflows, and troubleshooting procedures.
Stay current with industry trends and best practices related to cardiology imaging and healthcare IT.
On-call rotations will be likely during evenings and weekend. Must be flexible to travel onsite to client site up to 10%.
