Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day maintenance, support, and optimization of the OnBase system.
Maintain production and non-production environments, ensuring synchronization and consistency.
Evaluate storage requirements and plan for future capacity needs.
Manage the configuration of workflows, document types, and user settings to align with evolving business requirements.
Design and redesign workflows to improve efficiency and streamline processes.
Review and refine existing workflows for optimal performance.
Troubleshoot integration issues between OnBase and Epic.
Ensure seamless data exchange and system interoperability.
Manage user access and permissions within the OnBase system.
Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance and security.
Maintain the integrity of the prod and Non-prod OnBase environments.
Ensure the environments are in sync with current configurations and updates.
Plan for system upgrades and enhancements.
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation related to system configurations, workflows, and procedures.
On-call rotations will be likely during evenings and weekend. Must be flexible to travel onsite to client site up to 10%.
