Key Responsibilities:
Administer, configure, and provide expert-level support for a diverse portfolio of business and facilities-focused applications (e.g., Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), Integrated Workplace Management Systems (IWMS), contract management, project management, financial planning & analysis tools, HRIS support for non-core modules, etc.).
Collaborate with various business and facilities departments to gather requirements, analyze existing workflows, and translate business needs into effective system configurations and solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical and functional issues within assigned applications, coordinating with vendors or internal IT teams as necessary.
Manage user accounts, permissions, and security settings within the applications to ensure data integrity and compliance.
Lead or participate in application upgrades, patch deployments, and new module implementations, including testing and documentation.
Develop and maintain comprehensive system documentation, including configuration guides, process flows, and user manuals. 90% Remote and 10% onsite in Dallas area
On-call rotations will be likely during evenings and weekend.
