We are looking for Drill and
Grind Operator in our Plastics Department. This
position will be based at our Brownwood, TX location,
where we specialize in manufacturing high-quality bathroom products, including
luxury bathtubs and toilets.
Crafting Excellence: Your Responsibilities
Drills
or routers appropriate holes according to specifications, using
powered tools.Trim
and grind all edges to meet dimensional specifications.
Make
necessary adjustments to equipment to ensure quality work.
Maintains
work area, e.g. cleans up, keeps materials, equipment, etc. in
clean working condition.
Practices
and follows all required safety regulations.
Performs
all duties as assigned by supervision.
Trim
units according to specs.
Requires
heavy, repetitive lifting.
Must
be able to operate trimming, grinding, drilling
and routering equipment.
Must
be able to distinguish between shades of color.  
Requires
exposure to heat, chemicals, dust and high noise levels.

Must be able to work in the US without restrictions or sponsorship.
Effective communication skills for manufacturing production processes.
Must be at least 18 years old.  
Preferred Qualifications:
Requires moderate physical demand.
Requires ability to process a designated number of units.
Must be able to operate trimming, grinding, drilling and routering equipment.
Must be able to distinguish between shades of color.
Requires heavy, repetitive lifting.
Must be able to routinely lift up to 50 lbs as required for assembly of units and product movement.
Requires exposure to heat, chemicals, dust and high noise levels.
Must be able to work scheduled overtime.
Possibility of reduced work hours.
