Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Providing complex administrative, technical and profession financial services for a multi-mission organization, provide financial analysis and budget development for an organization's programs and supervise employees in the accomplishment of these duties. You will advise others on financial program execution for accomplishing mission objectives.
You will Identify potential budget or financial impact of new or revised legislation or regulations on current programs or processes.
You will analyze data for various financial reports (e.g., budget formulation, budget execution, accounting, audit readiness).
You will analyze changes in program funding to determine impact on financial or budget milestones.
You will Interface with Defense Finance and Accounting Services (DFAS) or similar system to identify potential financial management system errors.
You will manage and evaluate command financial records using the Standard Accounting Budgeting Reporting System (SABRS) or similar system.
You will oversee development and implementation of training programs designed to teach the use of Defense Agencies Initiative (DAI) subsystems and interfaces to fund managers and other DAI users.
You will formulate new methods of obtaining and utilizing financial data, developing new approaches using broad concepts to identify and solve problems.
You will assign work to subordinate employees and supervise the development of goals or objectives related to management of finances, accounting, or budgeting.
