You will serve as an ELECTRICIAN SUPERVISOR I in the PRODUCTION RESOURCES DEPARTMENT (SHOP 31) of PSNS and IMF.

You will plan daily and weekly work schedules, establishing priorities on the basis of work schedules, methods and instructions from higher level supervisors.
You will assign work to subordinates and instruct them on work requirements, methods, and procedures as needed.
You will inspect work in progress and upon completion, chanage work plans, assignments, and methods as necessary to reduce or control costs and meet schedules.
You will enforce guidelines on standards of conduct, safety and housekeeping.
You will keep supervisor informed of work progress, technical and personnel problems, and material and manpower requirements.
