The work:
Own the design, configuration, and delivery for key S/4HANA Controlling areas including Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Product Costing (plan and actual), Material Ledger, Margin Analysis (CO-PA), and Overhead Accounting.
Translate complex business requirements into detailed solution designs and functional specifications that leverage S/4HANA innovations such as Universal Journal, Margin Analysis, Universal Allocation, Fiori front end.
Facilitate design workshops and engage directly with client SMEs and business leads to finalize detailed design decisions
Configure controlling structures and cost flows across Finance, Manufacturing, Procure to Pay and Order to Cash collaborating with cross-functional team members to ensure end-to-end process integrity.
Own and manage unit testing and support integration and UAT cycles by resolving functional defects, validating cost flows, and ensuring reporting accuracy.
Prepare and validate data loads for master data and transactional data related to controlling objects (cost center plans, activity types, etc.).
Provide inputs to training materials and test scenarios to owned solution areas.
Ensure timely and high-quality deliverables, pro-actively escalating risks, dependencies or blockers to the overall R2R Lead as needed.
This is a hybrid role in Nashville, TN and will require 3 days per week in the office. May consider qualified applicants in Houston, TX.
