Maintain applications in accordance with Service Level Agreements (SLA).
Engineer solutions across the Service Delivery Lifecycle for new system rollouts, major/minor enhancements, and ongoing maintenance of existing applications.
Identify and assess complex problems requiring in-depth evaluation of variable factors, and create solutions for team implementation.
Supervise a team to gather and translate user and system requirements into design specifications.
Regularly report status on assigned scope of work and make decisions that impact the team through regular consultation with senior management.
Adhere to the strategic direction set by senior management.
