Articulate a compelling enterprise architecture vision, target state, and transformation roadmap.
Be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively.
Responsible for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. Advanced proficiency in TIBCO BusinessWorks is required. Advanced proficiency in Technology Architecture Blueprint & Roadmap Definition is recommended. Furthermore, advanced proficiency in Enterprise Architecture Planning and Enterprise Architecture Strategy is suggested.
Develop innovative solutions that align with the enterprise architecture vision.
Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders.
Create and maintain documentation that reflects the architecture and design decisions.
Mentor team members to enhance their understanding of enterprise architecture principles.
Continuously evaluate and improve architecture processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
