Job Requirements:
Provide functional telephone support for resolution of customer problems, incidents, issues, requests and queries.
Ensure proper documentation, notification, escalation of contacts.
Responsibilities include operating phone queue and participating in scheduled trainings.
Manage incoming phone calls from the provider and customer communities in a prompt, courteous, and concise manner Maintain appropriate documentation for all calls clearly and concisely, following all QA requirements
Transfer callers to other units as necessary
Meet individual performance standards
Cross train to other areas and assist as required
