Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector analyzing and inspecting security systems, coordinating Anti-Terrorism efforts, and conducting training in accordance with policies and procedures for a physical security program. You will plan, organize, evaluate, maintain and administer the Physical Security Program for COMPACFLT and serve as subject matter expert on physical security matters relating to all COMPACFLT facilities.
You will ensure policies, procedures, standards, and training for COMPACFLT physical security programs are accomplished.
You will coordinate the installation of protection systems and devices to ensure that sensitive information, equipment, and other material is not compromised or sabotaged,
You will devise, inspect, analyze and evaluate protection systems which provide maximum security with the least interference to the organization's mission.
You will ensure organization personnel adhere to established policies and practices and recommend appropriate action to correct deficiencies.
You will conduct surveys and analyses to identify how critical and vulnerable facilities or sites are and threats against them.
You will prepare and maintain accurate records that account for DoD identification cards that are confiscated from employees.
You will ensure all security compliance spot checks and Random Anti-Terrorism Measures (RAM), coordinating efforts are conducted in accordance with current policies.
