Job Description:

This is a public notice flyer to notify interested applicants of anticipated vacancies. Applications will not be accepted through this flyer. This is an interdisciplinary position which may be filled by any of the following series: FAP CLINICAL SUPERVISOR (0101), PSYCHOLOGIST (0180), SOCIAL WORKER (0185).
In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Providing leadership, management, policy, program, and resource management for a fleet and family support program; 2) Facilitating multiple program services such as career support/retention, deployment/readiness, crisis response emergency management, and sexual assault prevention and response; 3) Directing use of fund resources to ensure delivery of programs and services provided; 4) Maintaining professional contacts with both private and public organizations to develop, implement, or establish programs and operating parameters. You will assess a work-life services program to identify trends and organizational needs to support the community (e.g., military or civilian).
You will assess patient treatment needs to develop a treatment plan.
You will identify needs of families experiencing domestic violence to provide counseling or assistance.
You will assess the services provided by staff members to verify quality care is provided to service members and their families.
You will determine facts and conditions of various life conditions to draw conclusions as to underlying causes or contributing factors of client problems.
