The Home Equity Processing Team Lead is responsible for the day-to-day supervision and support of the home equity loan processing team. This role ensures the accurate, compliant, and timely processing of home equity lines of credit, while providing leadership, mentorship, and operational support. The Team Lead collaborates closely with loan officers, underwriters, closers, and leadership to maintain a high standard of service and loan quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead a team of processors handling a pipeline of HELOC applications.
Ensure all applications are processed efficiently and in compliance with bank policies, federal and state regulations, and investor requirements.
Serve as an escalation point for complex files or internal customer issues.
Monitor processing pipelines and assign workloads to ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).
Provide ongoing coaching, training, and performance feedback to staff.
This position requires a flexible schedule, including the ability to work evenings, weekends, and overtime as needed to meet business demands.
Hours are typically 8 am - 5 pm PST or 9 am EST - 6 pm EST depending on your location and business needs.
This is a remote opportunity; must be located within 90 mins of a local Accenture office.
