Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector Managing environmental compliance facilities and programs, defining project requirements, performing inspections, and participating in the evaluation of technical proposals. Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment.
You will serve as a Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR) and is responsible for defining project requirements and developing a Statement of Work or specifications.
You will manage environmental compliance facilities and programs for Marine Corps Base Hawaii (MCBH).
You will provide environmental compliance program management related to tanks management, storm water management, and spill avoidance and response.
You will monitor the contractor’s progress and expenditures; perform inspections; resolve technical issues; and assist in contract closeout.
You will represent MCBH at conferences, seminars, and meetings at higher headquarters and other installations and businesses and organizations outside Department of Defense (DoD).
