Job Description:
You will serve as a SUPERVISORY QUALITY ASSURANCE SPECIALIST in the EXECUTIVE OFFICE (TRF-100), QUALITY ASSURANCE DIVISION (TRF-130) of TRIREFFAC KINGS BAY.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience providing administrative management to include budgeting, technical planning, development and direction of a Quality Assurance Division. Experience auditing, surveying, inspecting, certifying, analyzing, and researching submarine maintenance, radiological control compliance, lifting and handling operations, materials conformance, in-process third party QA inspection, non-destructive testing, certification of critical work records, and chemical and mechanical testing and analysis. Experience overseeing revision of long-range work plans developed by subordinate supervisors and managers managing the overall work to enhance achieving established goals and objectives. Experience in applying various methods and techniques in analyzing and investigating complex QA problems, providing solutions, technical advice and maintaining a corrective action program. Experience with product specifications, special material processes and treatments, and specialized inspections and test equipment. Expert experience conducting quality engineering surveys; reviews, analyzing, and continuously assessing problems identified during quality audits, surveillances, evaluations, inspections, and tests. You will oversee the overall planning, direction, and timely execution of the Quality Assurance/Quality Management Program.
You will develop unique, unprecedented quality assurance/management support program plans, approaches and capabilities.
You will conduct continuous analysis of new and changing quality assurance practices, principles and methodology, problem reports, and determine near and long-term requirements.
You will assign and review work based on individual expertise and skills of employees, evaluate performance, provide guidance and direction.
You will provide employee training and development, discipline employees, and resolve employee grievances and complaints.
