Job Description:
You will serve as a Supervisory Human Resources Assistant (MIL) in the Officer Programs (OP) ON/E of USMC RECRUITING COMMAND.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-08) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing the following duties: performing routine personnel management functions in assigned areas; distributing incoming workload; and knowledge of the organizational structure , and make decisions on the appropriate course of action to choose. You will perform research and analysis of applicable laws, regulations, policy, etc. and prepares summaries and recommendations for action.
You will be required to develop methods to improve production or increase the quality of the work directed.
You will supervise and distributes incoming work to the appropriate technician, distributes non routine work, oversees workflow and checks for compliance and accuracy.
You will give advice, counsel, or instruction to employees on both work and policy and administrative matters.
You will be responsible for training new-join members within the section.
