Key Responsibilities:
As an Infrastructure Engineer, you will be responsible for assisting in defining requirements, designing and building data center technology components, and conducting testing efforts. You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively. You will be responsible for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions. Additionally, you will provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams. Master proficiency in Infrastructure Monitoring is required. Develop innovative strategies to optimize data center performance and reliability. Lead initiatives to enhance monitoring systems and ensure proactive issue resolution. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technology solutions with business objectives. Conduct regular assessments of infrastructure components to identify areas for improvement. Mentor junior team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and development.
