Job Description:
You will serve as a SUPERVISORY INTEGRATED PREVENTION COORDINATOR in the Integrated Prevention Workforce (IPW); Naval Reserve Region Readiness and Mobilization Command (REDCOM) Fort Worth.
In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of Specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience in social sciences related to integrated prevention programs to evaluate, consult, and advise in various settings. Experience promoting a healthy and resilient climate toward preventing destructive/problematic behaviors, including suicide, sexual harassment/assault, substance misuse, and family/interpersonal/workplace violence. Experience with prevention programs and practices that demonstrate the ability to identify, implement, and evaluate prevention methodologies. Experience effectively communicating both orally and in writing with all levels of management, staff, and military personnel. You will be responsible to supervise/oversee all aspects of the planning, managing, coordinating, implementing, and evaluating training, education, and outreach for integrated prevention programs.
You will lead prevention programs and related program management activities, will advise leaders on prevention action plans and initiatives, and will develop and implement prevention assessments and evaluations.
You will coordinate with subject matter experts across programs in implementing prevention events and training/education.
You will collaborate with relevant stakeholders to identify collective goals, intended outcomes, and optimal methods to increase efficiencies and integration.
You will ensure the delivery of prevention programs and approaches designed to foster individual, group, and organizational health and performance to reduce and prevent problematic/destructive behaviors.
