Job Description:
The Process Improvement Lead works closely with the Operations Managers, Team Leads, and Training team to identify new opportunities, workflows or potential improvements to the current process.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the expectations with impact analysis on any new client requests, new flows and other activities that would need operational support to implement
Work closely with Operations Lead and Team Leads to make sure that information such as updates, process impacts and benefits are discussed with the team and considered with the client and internal leadership
Work closely with the Quality and Training Team on any training requirements, policy and quality updates on the new workflows, change in policy, etc.
Raise and find mitigations on any issues or concerns on timelines, capacity changes, volume increase, resource requirements, etc.
Should be able to proactively reach out to Operations leads and understand their concerns on new experiments, workflows and client requests
Role Requirements:
This is an onsite role in San Antonio, TX
Must be flexible to work any shift between 5:00 am – 12:00 am PT including weekends and holidays
The role requires candidate pass English Assessments (written and spoken) with a minimum score of C1 for each
