Key Responsibilities:
As a Test Automation Lead, you will be responsible for leading the transformation of testing into a continuous and efficient end-to-end quality engineering function through the use of quality processes, tools, and methodologies significantly improving control, accuracy, and integrity.
You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively.
You will be responsible for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions.
Additionally, you will provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams.
Drive innovative testing strategies that enhance overall quality and efficiency.
Mentor team members to foster a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
Analyze testing metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement actionable solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on quality objectives and deliverables.
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to integrate into testing practices.
