Job Description:

You will serve as an Administrative/Technical Specialist in the Business Operations Division of NAVAL SURFACE WARFARE CENTER, located in Port Hueneme, CA.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NT-03 (GS-09/10 equivalent) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Providing analysis and recommending solutions for manpower, budgeting or funding issues to achieve the maximum effectiveness of financial operations for an organization. You will serve as senior program analyst responsible for aspects of financial operations within a working capital fund business model.
You will organize, plan, schedule and prioritize workload and maintain oversight of work accomplishment.
You will resolve complaints and team conflicts, train and assist personnel and provide knowledge/functional guidance relative to Funds Administration.
You will analyze overhead and direct funded programs including the objectives policies, work operations, progress, resources estimates, intra and inter-program balances, and other related aspects.
You will prepare a variety of reports covering the status of funds, expenses and obligations, current funding levels by comparison to submitted budget/task requirements, and identify program/task problem areas.
You will demonstrate knowledge and expertise in the identification, evaluation, analysis, resolution and implementation of a range of manpower, budgeting, funding, and programmatic problems.
