Job Description:
You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST in the LOGISTICS SUPPORT DEPARTMENT of CTR FOR EXPL ORD DISP DIV.
In addition to the below experience requirements, applicants must have previously qualified as a Navy Master Diver holding a Navy Enlisted Classification (NEC) of 5341/MMDV or Diving Warrant Officer with Designator 7201. Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Managing Lifecycle of Military Diving Technical Training Equipment (TTE); 2) Validating Arms, Ammunition & Explosives (AA&E) and Non-Combat Explosives Allocation requirements in support of Military Diving training; 3) Coordinating with acquisition community to influence the design and delivery of Military Diving training equipment to support learning solutions; and 4) Researching and reviewing service contract requirements and verifies contractor performance. You will evaluate contractor performance to verify technical acquisition compliance of contractor deliverables.
You will Validate Resource Requirements Lists (RRL) supporting Military Dive Training.
You will coordinate and oversee the execution of Military Dive Equipment Phased Replacement Plans (PRP).
