Job Description:

You will serve as a SUPERVISORY INSTRUCTIONAL SYSTEMS SPECIALIST in the Training and Education Command of TRAINING AND EDUCATION COMMAND.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: advising stakeholders regarding adult learning, designing and developing learning programs, using an online learning management system, facilitating learning during lessons; assessing learning through formative and summative measures; guiding instructor/faculty development, and recommending changes to school policy and practices. My experience demonstrates a practical knowledge of the subject area of the position and of the methods and techniques of instructional/learning systems. You will plan, coordinate, and lead Center of Learning and Faculty Development (CLFD) learning systems related projects inside the detachment.
You will serve as an organizational expert with regard to the Marine Corps Instructional Systems Design/Systems Approach to Training and Education (MCISD/SATE) and its application for learning systems at a CLFD detachment.
You will coordinate, review, and process all associated detachment learning programs to include specifying local resource data and fostering consistency in the learning experiences between both detachments.
You will recommend CLFD level initiatives for possible initiatives for learning science and technology matters.
You will develop materials that enable learner self-study with accountability.
You will lead, mentor, train, and supervise the civilian personnel to include performance management, hiring actions, performance awards, oversight of work schedules, time and attendance, professional development, and disciplinary actions.
You will guide and develop budget requirements for learning systems integration, faculty professional development, and mobile course implementation travel.
