Job Description:

You will serve as a Directives Program Management Analyst in the ARDB of HQ US MARINE CORPS.
GS-11: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the grade level GS-09 or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: analyzing and evaluating the administration policies/procedures and identifies system development requirements for the directive processes. GS-09: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the grade level GS-07 or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: in assisting in analyzing and evaluating the administration policies/procedures and identifies system development requirements for the directive processes. You will serve as the Directives Program Management Analyst under the direct supervision of the Directives Officer, HQMC (ARDB).
You will be responsible for the administration of policies, procedures, regulations, and effective use of automated technologies to support work processes for the Directives Management Program Marine Corps-wide.
You will plan and monitor meetings with ARDB section to collaborate on joint interests or procedures, regulations, and directives proposed by higher authority establishing USMC positions.
You will perform formatting functions on directives in process and recommend functional requirements to the Directives Officer to automate the directives work process.
