Job Description:

You will serve as a CARTOGRAPHIC TECHNICIAN in the PUBLIC WORKS DIRECTORATE of MARINE CORPS AIR STATION YUMA.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Performing topographical, control and construction surveys using advanced computer-based systems, analyzing and evaluating graphic and/or imagery source material and preparing source packages in support of survey and mapping projects, AND utilizing cartographic knowledge to produce single/multiple digital or graphic products. You will perform survey and mapping services in support of Class I and Class II property management.
You will use cartographic knowledge to produce single/multiple digital or graphic products.
You will manage the dig program for the Air Station.
You will utilize available software/equipment in the preparation of preliminary and working drawings and a variety of other working documents.
