Job Description:
You will serve as a MANAGER in the BUSINESS OPERATIONS DIVISION, MODERNIZATION AND INSTALLATION DEPARTMENT of NAVAL SURFACE WARFARE CENTER.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NT-05 (GS-13/14 equivalent) pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: developing plans and managing business operations of a department to align policies or processes with organizational objectives. You will serve as the Business Operations Manager responsible for the management, development, and analysis of organizational plans and the evaluation and projection of organizational, administrative, and financial requirements.
You will serve as an integral part of the department's executive leadership and management team and represent the department's interests at multiple forums within the Command.
You will review, coordinate, submit, counsel, and advise management on personnel position management actions for the organization.
You will conduct comprehensive assessments of command/department operational criteria, including Business and Technical Capability Health Assessment competencies to ensure department health and compliance with command goals and mission objectives.
You will develop, formulate, and implement department planning, analysis, identification and allocation of business and operational policies, processes, and procedures.
You will manage, supervise, and lead teams of financial, business, administrative, and technical experts to implement business operations and project management functions.
