This position entails spearheading global marketing strategies for key product and category campaigns across advertising, showrooms, and digital platforms. The primary goal is to drive business growth in key international regions, including China, India & APAC, and EMEA, by ensuring maximum impact.
Specific Responsibilities
This is a pivotal role for Kohler Kitchen & Bath International team. This role provides leadership and strategic guidance to establish and elevate the Kohler brand’s positioning globally through the alignment of key brand, product and marketing strategies and capabilities across key global regions.
You will engage our marketing and brand communications teams around the world to drive and provide leadership in several key areas:
Lead all international marketing campaign development and training initiatives, collaborating with key functional teams across Creative, Digital Marketing, B2B Marketing, Lux & Wellness Brands, and Showroom Channel teams, ensuring an omni-channel approach to drive awareness, elevate the brand and drive conversion with consumers and specifiers in the digital and physical space
Engage and collaborate with regions to drive alignment on the annual global marketing campaign and product-focus stories to ensure asset creation needs are met and consistent execution is accomplished in each region.Drive best-in-class physical experiences across the Kohler showroom ecosystem, including visual merchandising and showroom sales tools leading the development of a playbook for showroom activations and elevating the Kohler brand in all regionsBe the champion and point of contact a revitalized content strategy across consumer touchpoints, including the style and brand guidelines for Kohler brand at all customer touchpoints across all regions.Be the conduit for democratizing key marketing and digital capabilities and best practices globally. Provide each region with insights, best practices and specific capabilities (sales tools, campaign measurement, market segmentation, data analytics) to accelerate regional initiatives and overall marketing capabilities. Provide critical sales tools and messaging to the marketing and sales team in each region to influence our B2B customers (Architects, Designers, & Developers) to specify Kohler in their projects.Lead the execution of the Kohler Brand Strategy, Brand Architecture and Brand Guidelines to ensure consistent brand structure and execution globally with particular focus on executing acceleration in strategic growth markets
