Job Description:

You will serve as a Security Specialist in the Security Office of MCTSSA CAMPEN.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or NH-02 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Extensive understanding, specialized skills, and fundamental knowledge of the following security programs: information security; sensitive compartmental information; special security requirements; force protection; anti-terrorism; information protection; AND/OR physical security. You will manage and monitor personnel and physical security programs to ensure compliance with national and organizational requirements.
You will screen personnel records, conduct interviews, and recommend actions based on findings to protect sensitive information.
You will perform inspections, maintain security documentation, and ensure facility compliance with internal control and access policies.
You will brief and debrief individuals and maintain accurate records of those with access to classified materials or information.
You will investigate security violations and recommend corrective actions to prevent future incidents.
You will develop and deliver security training to educate staff on their responsibilities and potential threats.
You will represent the organization in meetings, provide expert advice, and help shape security policies that support long-term goals.
