Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes generating reports, maintaining office records, and organizing relative files. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-05). Some federal jobs allow you to substitute your education for the required experience in order to qualify. For this job, you must meet the qualification requirement using experience alone--no substitution of education for experience is permitted. You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas: Clerical Data Management Organizational Awareness Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-05).
Maintains oversight on varied functions of multiple training automation to produce a wide range of documents.
Performs various complex clerical duties to support, develops and devises reports for management capturing and extracting data from various sources.
Tracks and requisites training and education materials and services.
Serves as the subject matter expert to establish, update, and maintain office and training records of various types.
Maintains training and education file plans in accordance with regulations.
Develops methods for automating administrative, training and special reports using a variety of methods.
Coordinates and confirms locations and schedules training events and other resources while providing administrative support to ensure efficient office and training operations.
Serves as the coordinator and administrator on various programs to include Continuing Medical Education (CME).
