The Secondary Appraisal Manager provides support to Loan Setup Team and serves as the primary Appraisal Job Manager for the loan process.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a pipeline to ensure appraisals are ordered in a timely manner.
Monitor orders for timely acceptance by appraiser, ensuring inspection dates are scheduled and met and that appraisals are returned by the due date.
Answer questions from Appraisers, Loan Officers and Processors in a timely manner.
Provide support to the Loan Setup team, on an as needed basis, ensuring all required items are received and reviewing the file for completeness, indexing documents and placing third-party orders.
Document all communications in Log/Message section and keeping all parties apprised.
Adhere to published SLAs and maintain daily workflow routines.
