The Digital Services Support team is responsible for overseeing the digital equipment needs in assigned studios throughout the duration of the shoot, while interacting with clients and providing the highest level of service. This position is responsible for maintaining the studio’s in-house inventory of digital capture equipment and placing equipment orders with rental houses. The ideal candidate will be self-sufficient, a troubleshooter, cooperative, have the ability to multitask and work well under pressure.

The Work:
Preparing all IT equipment requested and staging that eq in the studio for the following day’s shoots.
Checking and testing all IT hardware and software to ensure proper functioning prior to client use.
Creating stock checks and short lists to establish and maintain accurate inventory counts.
Communicating customer requests, order changes, to the Production and Management teams.
Properly assessing minor repairs to equipment if applicable.
Maintaining a clean and organized work area at all times
On-Set client support. Ability to troubleshoot, fix and/or reset all digital systems on set as quickly and effectively as possible to minimize client downtime.
Customer Service: partner with the Production and Photography teams to maintain the production workflow and desired creative output of images.
