Job Description:
You will serve as a LEAD MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the Total Force Manning Directorate (N1/N1D) of COMMANDER US PACIFIC FLEET.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing research, analysis, and data manipulation of Navy (Military or Civilian) Manpower programs to identify trends or deficiencies, recommend solutions to problems, or develop policy changes to ensure Fleet Exercise readiness. You will serve as the Team Lead for Fleet Exercises and Joint Manning Documents management.
You will evaluate/analyze the feasibility of TYCOMs, Numbered Fleets and Direct Reporters to provide personnel to satisfy specific tasking from Combatant Commanders for exercises.
You will conduct analysis on issues impacting manning requirements and develop best sourcing solutions.
You will develop policies and draft point papers, briefings, and staff reports for key officials.
You will be responsible for coordinating the day-to-day duties of the exercise mission.
You will provide oversight to employees in the execution of their duties.
