Job Description:

You will serve as CHIEF OF STAFF in the SE & ALRE Group, Chief of Staff Office of NAVAIRWARCENADLKE.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NM-04 grade level or pay band (equivalent to the GS-13 level) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Serving as a principal advisor to senior executives, providing policy and strategic guidance to support organizational goals and initiatives. 2) Leading and ensuring compliance with internal controls, command inspections, and integrated risk management policies. 3) Managing and being accountable for a Continuity of Operations (COOP) program and leading emergency management teams. 4) Developing strategies and setting program support objectives to drive effective execution aligned with command directives. 5) Engaging with external organizations or providing high-level advice to senior management officials. 6) Securing, negotiating, and managing services and resources for key support areas including infrastructure and personnel systems. You will analyze program management information to plan future strategies or monitor on-going management.
You will complete studies, analyses and assessments to develop solutions to continuity of operations (COOP) planning issues.
You will use negotiation, conflict resolution, or leadership skills to obtain results that support organizational or mission requirements.
You will direct project operations by facilitating scheduling, providing technical direction, planning, and implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs).
You will coordinate program management administrative support activities for an organization (e.g., planning, personnel management, resource management, administration, facilities, logistics, contracting).
