Job Description:

You will serve as a SUPERVISORY MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the Production Resources Department, Code 900A of PSNS and IMF. The President has ordered a government-wide hiring freeze subject to certain limited exceptions. This position is subject to the hiring freeze. Although we are moving forward with the consideration of candidates, we will not make a selection for this vacancy announcement unless and until the position is no longer subject to the hiring freeze.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: analyzing and evaluating program or management operations to identify discrepancies and provide recommendations to improve the efficiency of work processes and policies. You will carry out management policies in employee and labor relations and actively support and promote all aspects of Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Program and the Affirmative Action Plan.
You will extract, organize and analyze data relating to issues involving, but not limited to; position management; productivity improvement; management control program, injured employees, and manpower manager issues.
You will plan and assign work to subordinates in relation to their abilities and assignment requirements.
You will schedule and approve leave, evaluate performance, and make decisions or recommendations for discipline, hiring, promotion, awards, and training.
You will perform a full range of analytical duties by extracting, organizing and analyzing data relating to issues.
You will conduct special studies/inquiries, reviews and reports, organizes, chairs, and operates ad hoc committees as necessary.
