This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Real Estate Personnel to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service. About the Position: This is a Supervisory Realty Specialist, GS-1170-13 position with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Northwestern Division (NWD), Omaha District, Real Estate Division.

Serve as Section Chief responsible for the overall planning, directing, coordinating, training, reviewing, scheduling, budgeting and supervising the management and disposal, acquisition and leasing activities of their assigned branch.
Responsible and accountable for all real estate portfolio management and disposal, acquisition and leasing functions.
Serve as a key member of the Real Estate Division budgeting team, providing past and projected workload for budget and execution planning and developing P2 worksheets for all programmatic functions.
Provide policy and regulatory guidance of real estate activities concerning all types of outgrants, in leases, acquisitions and all other inquiries concerning such matters.
Represent the agency in discussions, deliberations, negotiations, and completion of highly complex actions and/or sensitive situations involving the management and disposal, acquisitions and leasing of interests in real property.
