Minimum Qualifications: Progressively responsible work experience that indicates the ability to work with minimal supervision, use sound judgment, and accomplish tasks within established timeframes using available manpower resources. Must have a working knowledge of automation and software. Must possess good tact and diplomacy, interact well with people, and be able to communicate in a clear, concise, and grammatically correct manner. Ensures adequate staffing of personnel is available, and that supplies and equipment are in place.
Assigns work for the accomplishment of business plans.

Accepts fees, issues change, directs the conduct of operations, and performs rounds and inspections, and relief personnel.
Performs line level work as required based on the immediate needs of the operation.
