Job Description:
As a Program/Project Management Representative, you will be responsible for delivering business and technology outcomes for the assigned program, project, or contracted service. You will leverage standard tools, methodologies, and processes to deliver, monitor, and control service level agreements. In this role, you are expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform, and make team decisions. You will also engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions, providing solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams.
Develop and implement effective project management strategies to ensure successful delivery of assigned programs and projects
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement appropriate mitigation strategies
Provide guidance and support to team members, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards
Continuously improve project management processes and methodologies to drive efficiency and effectiveness
This is hybrid role and will require 60% on-site in either Charlotte, NC or Dallas, TX
