Job Description:

You will serve as a Supervisory Administrative/Technical Specialist in the Airborne Tactical Jamming ISSC Engineering Branch (WXSY), Airborne Electronics Attack Systems Division (WXS), Spectrum Warfare Dept. (WX) of NAVAL SURFACE WARFARE CENTER. The NT-05 pay band encompasses positions equivalent to the GS-13/14.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NT-04 (GS-11/12 equivalent) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: leading the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to Naval Aviation Maintenance to formulate strategic plans and priorities for achieving mission-critical objectives. You will be responsible for the performance and development of a medium to large workforce, ensuring the effective execution of workload aligned with strategic organizational objectives and delivering exceptional support to key customers.
You will provide comprehensive supervisory oversight, both administrative and technical.

You will capitalize on opportunities, mitigate risks, and manage contingencies, understand the far-reaching implications for the organization and its stakeholders.
You will develop and implement both short- and long-term plans for funding, human resources, facilities, and equipment, as well as establishing and enforcing project and programmatic policies and procedures.
