Job Description:
You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST in the Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) of NAVAL AIR SYSTEMS COMMAND.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NH-03 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Operational Coordination and Support: Direct and oversee all General Fund Business Office teams in their daily, weekly, and monthly tasks essential for sustaining Navy ERP. Maintain comprehensive process documentation for key operational activities, including ticket management, defect management, and change requests. Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Develop and deliver enterprise-level reports and metrics to management regarding operational efficiency and production control efforts. Conduct recurring status check-ins with Command Support Teams (CSTs) to ensure alignment and address any operational challenges. Testing Coordination: Oversee Navy ERP testing processes, ensuring thorough validation and alignment with business requirements before implementation. You will develop and deliver enterprise-level reports and metrics to management regarding operational efficiency and production control efforts.
You will monitor job schedules, system interfaces, and maintenance windows to ensure optimal system performance and seamless operations. Coordinate upgrades, technical support, and performance assessments to proactively manage system integrity.
You will coordinate GFBO communications, managing ERP-related information flow between Process Owners, stakeholders, and end users. Serve as the primary liaison for overall ERP communications.
You will assist in managing defects, monitoring system performance, and coordinating change management efforts to adapt Navy ERP to evolving business needs.
You will oversee Navy ERP testing processes, ensuring thorough validation and alignment with business requirements before implementation.
