You will serve as an ADMINISTRATIVE/TECHNICAL SPECIALIST in the Weapons Development & Prototyping Division (E7), Research & Engineering Department (E) of NAVSURFWARCEN IH DIV. This position is part of the Warfare Centers Personnel Demonstration Project. The NT-02 pay band encompasses positions equivalent to GS-05 through GS-08; the NT-03 pay band encompasses positions equivalent to GS-09/10. The FPL NT-04 pay band encompasses positions equivalent to GS-11/12.
TO QUALIFY FOR NT-03: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NT-02 pay band (GS-05 through GS-08 equivalency) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector applying financial management principles and utilizing financial systems (e.g., Enterprise Resource Planning [ERP]) to perform accounting, budget, or financial analysis for identification and resolution of financial discrepancies for an organization. TO QUALIFY FOR NT-02: Your resume must demonstrate at least three years of general experience, one year of which was at or equivalent to the NT-01 pay band (GS-01 through GS-04 equivalency) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector demonstrates the ability to perform financial functions for gathering financial data or compiling reports for an organization.
