Key Responsibilities:
Knowledge of database management and integration with external systems.
Familiarity with various Pega components like cases flows rules and data models.
Identify and resolve production issues quickly.
Analyze logs and debugging complex errors.
Analyze root causes of production issues.
Identify potential risks and mitigation strategies.
Creative problem-solving approach to address complex technical challenges.
Understanding of Incident Problem and Change Management.
Working Knowledge with Toad SQL plus Clients UNIX Shell Scripting.
Working knowledge with Pega Workflows Rule sets Application Integration Activities.
Must have Pega certification Certified System Architect CSA Certification on latest Versions Pega 8 and above.
Experience with Pega Designer Admin Studio.
Excellent communication skills motivated team player strong interpersonal skills.
