Job Description:
You will serve as a POLICE OFFICER in the OPERATIONS DEPT of NSA CRANE SEC DET.

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-06 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:1) Performing law enforcement (LE), physical security (PS), antiterrorism (AT), and force protection (FP) functions; 2) Identify/Deploy specialized or advanced techniques, equipment, knowledge, and/or training; 3) Conducting preliminary and/or ongoing investigations of incidents; and 4) Documenting law enforcement and security events and the issuance of citations. You will conduct preliminary investigations of incidents ranging from minor offenses to felony and major crimes.
You will follow National Incident Management System (NIMS) and Incident Command System (ICS) protocols in the event of a significant incident affecting public safety and the installation mission.
You will respond immediately to critical incidents.
You will respond to and investigate complaints while enforcing state and federal laws and regulations.
