Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes identifying force structure requirements for manpower resources; an understanding of requirements and authorization systems; and assessing force structure development and execution for improving and organization's effectiveness and efficiency. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-12). You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas: Manages and Organizes Information Planning and Evaluating Technical Competence Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-12).
Responsible for developing, analyzing, planning, coordinating, and implementing short/mid/long-range resource management initiatives and programs.
Work independently or as the leader of a team to facilitate change documents, solve problems, improve processes, and administer management programs.
Provide guidance to the organization on policies and technical matters on the effective allocation of manpower resources throughout the Command.
Review mission and force structure of all USARPAC organizations to evaluate the impact of DoD/HQDA directed manpower guidance.
