This position is located at Hooper Bowling Center - Fort Campbell, KY. The Area of Consideration for this vacancy announcement is Fort Campbell and surrounding areas. (Military Spouse Preference (MSP) and Involuntary Separated Military Preference (ISMP) eligible candidates are included in the area of consideration.) This is a "Flexible" position (0-40 hours) with no eligibility to participate in the NAF Employee Benefits Plans.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: Work experience which involved dealing with the general public. Highly Qualified candidates will have the following: Possess at least 6 months of customer service experience Possess at least six (6) months experience with a cash register/point of sales system Possess demonstrated working experience with inventory management **Applicants that meet the Highly Preferred criteria will be referred to management for consideration first. Circulates among patrons to assure service is satisfactory; receives and resolves customer complaints; provides information and general instructions on the use of equipment, facilities and machinery.
Issues/receives recreational equipment. Collects applicable fees and run point of sale system. Pre-checks and prepares equipment for customers.
Assists patrons in use of the facility by checking out equipment, providing safety instruction, demonstrating new equipment, teaching classes, etc.
Plans, conducts, publicizes and arranges support for special events, social activities, tournaments and related functions. May provide work guidance to other staff.
Assist in setting up, tear down and in conducting events. Cleans and maintains equipment and facility. Performs other duties as assigned.
