This position is located in the Foodservice Department at the Rosebud Service Unit in Rosebud, South Dakota. The incumbent is responsible for performing cook duties independently.

Prepares, cooks, seasons, and portions food for all meals following standardized recipes. Plans, regulates, and schedules cooking procedures so that completed food products are ready at the appropriate temperature and time. Plan, prepares and coordinates entire meals. Stores food correctly; covering, labeling, and dating. Maintains a high standard of food safety and sanitation, by complying with food safety guidelines and continually cleaning and sanitizing as they work.
