Job Description:

***Open to Current ORG Code - WX (includes divisions, branches and sections) You will serve as a TECHNICIAN in the Spectrum Warfare Department (WX), Force Level Electronic Warfare Division (WXY), Mission Integration Branch (WXYP) of NAVAL SURFACE WARFARE CENTER. This position is part of the Warfare Centers Personnel Demonstration Project. The NT-05 pay band encompasses positions equivalent to the GS-13 and GS-14.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the next lower pay band NT-04 (GS-11/12 equivalent) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector providing engineering technical guidance on the analysis and development of electronic Test and Evaluation systems (e.g., fire control systems) to integrate mission requirements and maintain alignment with program capabilities for the sustained support of a program. You will apply mission systems Test and Evaluation expertise to guide program office integration priorities and ensure alignment with fleet capability needs.
You will analyze mission requirements, evaluate integration challenges, synthesize information from various sources, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
You will identify mission-level needs and relate them to fleet capability gaps; distill relevant information into actionable insights for program offices; and maintain up-to-date records of program information and create high-level overviews.
You will review intelligence reports, war-game summaries, and program updates.
You will collaborate with program offices, fleet representatives, and requirements officers.
