You will serve as an Instructional Systems Specialist in the Crane Safety/Training Division, Navy Crane Center, of Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC).
In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing the following duties: 1)Applying subject matter expertise to the development of NAVFAC P-307 web-based training courses and instructor-led training curriculum; 2) Assisting and training development team personnel as required by NAVFAC P-307 for a variety of Navy WHE program specialty areas; and 3) Running and obtaining training completion reports in Joint Knowledge Online (JKO) and Navy eLearning as well as developing training completion and annual training reports for the Command. You will serve as the organization's primary education specialist and training team leader.
You will manage the development of web-based and/or instructor led training curriculum and various training media.
You will be the NCC training program lead for NAVFAC P-307 sections 7 and 8, Training and Operator Licensing, and be the eLearning program technical expert regarding the software for course content development.
