Job Description:
You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST in the Manpower and Reserve Affairs of HQ US MARINE CORPS.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector providing analytical ability and understanding of pertinent statistical, accounting, budget, economic principles/techniques to prepare request for allocations of funds AND providing advice on the distribution of Military Pay and Allowances/Per diem and travel. You will provide advice, counsel, and instruction to ADOS (Active Duty Operational Support) program users on both work and administrative matters.
You will serve as the HQMC Operational Sponsor for the Marine Corps ADOS (Active Duty Operational Support) program.
You will review resource estimates and resource consumption as they relate to the program execution.
You will provide execution reports for the entire ADOS (Active Duty Operational Support) Program to include Counternarcotic, Working Capital Funds, Foreign Exchange Programs Requirements, if applicable.
You will review budget estimate input for compliance with policy, rules, regulations, and procedures prescribed and provided by higher headquarters.
You will be responsible for preparing regular ADOS (Active Duty Operational Support) execution reports that are briefed to leadership.
