Opportunity
Strive to exceed the food quality expectations Kohler Original Recipe Chocolates customers.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
1.         Production
a)    Chocolate Preparation: Prepare all chocolates necessary for orders to the demonstrated culinary standards.  Produce all quantities according to par levels developed by the business manager and/or chocolatier.
b)    Set and maintain high standards of quality: Ensure quality in all that you do.
c)    Drive continuous improvement through the sharing of ideas on better or different methodologies to enhance our production capacity.
2.         Sanitation
            a)   Learn and maintain HACCP standards and cleaning procedures.
            b)   Maintain personal hygiene in hand washing to prevent cross contamination.
            c)   Clean your work area and practice safe food handling techniques.
3.         Safety
            a)   Wear slip resistant shoes to avoid slips and falls
            b)   Have a working knowledge of all equipment that is within your job duties.  Know                                 how to assemble, disassemble and clean this equipment.
            c)   Practice safety by asking for assistance for anything that is too heavy for your own                             body strength.
4.         Time Management
a)    Clock in and out according to Kohler Co. policy.
b)    Understand that your schedule is in reflection of the chocolate business.
5.         Teamwork
            a)   Build trust and demonstrate teamwork within your work group and beyond, providing a service to our guests through other departments.
